Known as “The throat of Sichuan and Guizhou, the gateway to Yunnan and Guizhou”, Changde is known as the land of non-metallic minerals because of its favorable geological conditions, rich mineral resources, good ore quality and high utilization rate. The project is a local large-scale production projects, the finished products will be used in the local bridge, road, housing and other infrastructure construction. The project began in March 2019 and went into operation in July.

The scene
Because the raw material of this project is river pebble of ≤200mm, and the original sand content is high, so the production technology adopts the screening first, passes the original sand through 3 vibrating screens to screen directly to the finished product, materials > 5mm are crushed by three HP300 cone crusher and then screened by vibrating screen. Materials ≤40mm enter three sand-making machines and are screened by three vibrating screen. Materials > 40mm return to the sand-making machine for buffering and recycling crushing.
